• I am inporting a new Michael Buble CD onto my computer and it is being very loud… and it has been messing up a little lately, like not turning on for 3 whole days.
• My dad signed a year lease on a new house in Manitou Springs which I LOVE. And that means he is staying instate for at least another year.
• He is engaged. Which is fine, they’re good for eachother. But I hope they don’t think they’re going to have kids. Three kids for him is enough, and can be enough for her, too. Granted, his oldest son is a year or so older than his fiance…
• I have a very swollen tonsil which makes eating, drinking, breathing, talking, swallowing, etc. very uncomfortable.
• I have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks.

So, Man and Wife, I bid you goodbye for the night, and I am going to clean for an hour. An hour is my goal, and if I go more, that will be super good. Yes, it will take me more than an hour. Probably more like 3. Or more. It’s a mess because I took everything out of every drawer and my closet to go through. Yes, the smart thing would have been to do one at a time, but I went on a rampage. It’s rather embarassing in hindsight, BUT it made me feel SOOOO much better to just throw everything on the floor! haha.

No, I didn’t die, or fall off of this flat earth.
I have just been super busy and a lot has been going on, but I figured I would give you a short version of the update!

1. I am now assistant manager at work, so I made a dollar an hour raise – which is nice – if only they hadnt cut my hours down to 15 a week. I don’t even get $100 a week anymore. RIDICULOUS. BUT!! In a month or so (fingers crossed) I will be quitting to get a job as a CNA.

2. I am more than half done with my CNA class, and am loving it. The teachers are a bit scatter-brained, so I am kindof teaching myself. I am excited to get out there and get working, though. LOTS of studying coming up!!

3. I am excited to get done with this class and antsy about taking other classes! I really want to moce up to denver, so I am making that my tentative goal for the new year. I want to go to Emily Griffith opportunity school and live up there for a year to get my LPN.

4. I dyed my hair. Its still brown, though. Just dark. Nothing huge, but its a difference.

That’s really about it. So i guess not a whole lot has been new, just a lot of the same things.
I am still busy, though.

OH! and last night I ran through the Target sprinklers with my step brother, my friend and her little brother.
It was amazing.

I  have made a discovery that made me laugh like the immature child I really can be. Maybe not a child… it’s at least Jr. high material. Okay, okay, you be the judge.

Cooters? Really? Because hooters wasn’t enough?!

1. I go a bunch of bloodwork done to test for a whole bunch of things. I also got an MRI that took FOR.EV.ER. to check for any huge abscess of puss that may or may not be hanging out in my left humerus. (did that happen to make anyone think of this:

I now look like a junkie, also, because one of the problems they were testing for was the cause of my excessive bleeding and bruising. Needles+skin+easy bruising= Junkie chic.

2. I have been working my tail off trying to get enough money to build up my savings, pay my mom back, and have a little extra to, oh, I dunno, live? It’s not an easy task at a 7.02 minimum wage and only 30 hours a week. (30 hours is a good week, by the way.)

which was expensive, but I reallly think will help me stay organized in the long run. Especially soon when I will have 2 jobs and a very demanding class. And there’s a plus: how cute is that phone?!?!

Well, looks like you were wrong AGAIN, Yisrayl (Buffalo Bill) Hawkins.
Who is Mr. Hawkins? He is the founder of the House of Yahweh, a religion founded on the teachings of both Christianity and Judaism. I saw a story on it on 20/20 or dateline or something. My impression? It’s a cult. Now I know a lot of people say that about Christianity as well, and they are entitled to their opinion. But this guy tells his male followers to make a marriage holy by taking their bride(s) to a trashy hotel, “putting their prayer shawls around them, and f*cking them.” This was admitted by a former cult religious member. This guy claims that the Bible specifically says that HE is the next Messiah, calls him by name (Buffalo Bill) and tells him to change his name to Yisrayl. He also says that his followers should change their names to hawkins to prove that they are true followers of Yahweh.
He has predicted that the world would end before, and now that it hasn’t YET AGAIN, all of those silly people who quit their jobs to go live on his farm in Texas, who filled trailer after trailer with food and supplies for the nuclear war, (all of which they bought at OUTRAGEOUS prices from a business that Hawkins himself owns) are going to be sunk. But hey, they’ve come this far, why back out now? If they quit now they will surely be destined for hell, right?
